Clyde House
Blanchardstown, Dublin
SML provided full Quantity Surveying services to the Main Contractor right through from tender stage to final account agreement.
Client required full separation of two semi-detached buildings. Both commercial buildings were occupied by a number of commercial businesses. Business function and operational effectiveness of both buildings had to be maintained throughout the project phases.
We successfully divided the two-story extension section of the building from an ancient four-story building by demolishing a 9 metre wide section of the two-story building.
The project was completed with recladding of the now external walls, weather proofing, associated internal refurbishments and upgrading of electrical, mechanical and fire to meet legislative requirements.
Completed 2020.

HSE Nursing Home
Ballymote, Co. Sligo
We delivered a 10-bed single story extension, additional accommodation and refurbishment to Ballymote Community Nursing Unit.
Works included single story extension to provide 10 additional en-suite bedrooms; additional support accommodation to provide a day room and a servery to link the old and new buildings. A further 10 existing bedrooms and associated bathrooms were refurbished.
SML provided full Quantity Surveying services to the Main Contractor right through from tender stage to final account agreement.
Completed October 2019.
Supermacs
Donegal Town
We worked alongside the Main
Contractor to deliver all professional services in planning and completion of 10,600 square feet retail space to include a drive thru Supermacs, Papa John’s, Bewley’s Café and Londis Shop plus all associated car parking and landscaping.
SML provided full Quantity Surveying services to the Main Contractor right through from tender stage to final account agreement.
This project started January 2018 and completed in August 2018.

We are appointed as Quantity Surveyors on this 55,000 square feet state of the art facility that is over four stories.
SML Construction Consultants will monitor costs throughout the construction and manage negotiations until project is completed and handed over to HSE and associated parties.
