We worked alongside the Main Contractor to deliver all professional services in planning and completion of 10,600 square feet retail space to include a drive thru Supermacs, Papa John’s, Bewley’s Café and Londis Shop plus all associated car parking and landscaping.
SML provided full Quantity Surveying services to the Main Contractor right through from tender stage to final account agreement.
This project started January 2018 and completed in August 2018.
